Fim da Fome Animal é um projeto comunitário da Anjos d’Ajuda que oferece apoio alimentar regular a animais abandonados e resgatados em Arraial d’Ajuda, Bahia. Todos os meses, entregamos ração doada ou adquirida a pequenos abrigos e lares temporários que cuidam de cães e gatos em situação de vulnerabilidade. Muitos desses animais foram vítimas de negligência, maus-tratos ou abandono, e a alimentação é o primeiro passo para sua recuperação. Nosso objetivo é garantir que nenhum animal passe fome enquanto espera por uma segunda chance. Com apoio contínuo, podemos ampliar nosso alcance e responder com mais agilidade às necessidades urgentes da nossa comunidade.

GOVI school for the blind is een school in Gambia voor blinde kinderen. Op deze school leren kinderen bijvoorbeeld braille, lopen met de stok en het maken van allerlei spullen. Blinden krijgen door deze school veel meer kansen in de maatschappij. Ze kunnen worden opgeleid om zelf leraar te worden, de leraren op de school zijn zelf ook blind of slechtziend, of ze kunnen een vak leren dat te maken heeft met handenarbeid. De school is afhankelijk van donaties om dit mogelijk te maken. Dat is voor één fan van een manegepaard meestal niet op te brengen. Maar wanneer iederéén een beetje bijdraagt, is een pensioen voor oude manegepaarden wèl mogelijk. Onze stichting is opgericht met één helder doel: een comfortabele, liefdevolle plek vinden voor onze uitgewerkte manegepaarden en -pony’s in Capelle aan den IJssel als de dag komt dat het allemaal nier meer zo lekker gaat en dat zij mogen genieten van hun pensioen.

In Tamale, in het noorden van Ghana, biedt Vakschool YAYDEC (Yakoro Youth Development Centre) - sinds 2018 - kwetsbare jongeren praktijkonderwijs in onder meer naaien, weven, taal, rekenen en computervaardigheden. Binnenkort komen daar opleidingen tot kapper en technicus bij. Naast de 6 bestaande lokalen zijn 3 extra lesruimtes gebouwd om dit mogelijk te maken. De uitbreiding is grotendeels voltooid, maar de nieuwe lokalen missen nog deuren en ramen. Zonder deze voorzieningen is goed en veilig onderwijs niet haalbaar. Menstrual hygiene is a critical aspect of girls' health and education in Kenya. Many girls in Kenya miss school during their menstrual periods due to lack of access to sanitary products, inadequate facilities, and stigma surrounding menstruation. This project aims to promote menstrual hygiene among school girls in Masaba South Sub County in Kenya and thus help to improve their health, education and overall well-being. These activities will be central to the realization of our goal: Promotion of awareness on menstrual hygiene through training, provision of affordable sanitary towels to girls, improvement of toilets and disposal systems and creating supportive environment for girls.

Steun voor medische kosten, sterilisatie-acties, chip-acties, helpen bij uit de hand gelopen situaties, zoals hoarding, bieden van oplossingen bij gedragsproblematiek, begeleiding bij de verzorging van huisdieren. In schrijnende gevallen worden huisdieren opgevangen bij gastgezinnen en wanneer nodig correct herplaatst. We delen voer en spullen uit aan mensen met een laag inkomen. We helpen bij zoekgeraakte katten en moeilijk benaderbare zwerfkatten die anders geen hulp krijgen. We geven voorlichting over het verantwoord houden van huisdieren en bestrijden impulsaanschaf en onverantwoorde fok en handel in dieren.

Hallo, ik ben Marcel 49 jaar en mijn passie is muziek maken op orgel. Mijn oude orgel is helaas kapot gegaan. Met een nieuw Böhm orgel kan ik weer muziek maken – van klassiek tot feest – en optredens geven in verzorgingshuizen en zalen. Het is een modern orgel heeft 3 klavieren en is geschikt voor alle muziek stylen van klassiek tot grote en kleine feest evenementen .. Het orgel is niet erg goedkoop en heeft nog extra geïnstalleerde software nodig en uiteraard een goede trailer voor veilig vervoer naar de gewenste lokaties... Omdat ik in de bijstand zit, kan ik dit zelf niet betalen en hoop via deze weg als zelfstandige weer iets kan betekenen met veel plezier en vreugde en voldoening.

The Homestead is a Non-Profit Organisation established in 1982 to care and support neglected and abused children. Due to extreme family environments children either live in extreme adverse realities or end up living, begging, or working in the streets. To reduce and prevent the risk of children ending up in the streets, the Homestead has six Prevention and Early Intervention Programme centres as well as two Child and Youth Care Centres (alternative living space for those in need) in and around Cape Town. The multifaceted services that we provide foster positive development of children living in dysfunctional family environments or exposed to harmful experiences that hinder normal growth.

Nous offrons un havre de paix à ces oiseaux souvent maltraités ou négligés, en leur prodiguant les soins nécessaires pour les remettre en forme. Une fois rétablis, nous nous engageons à leur trouver un foyer adapté où ils pourront s'épanouir. Au-delà de notre mission de sauvetage, nous menons également des actions de sensibilisation auprès de divers publics, notamment dans les écoles, pour mieux faire connaître les besoins et les particularités de ces animaux extraordinaires.

Jeune&Rose est une association française créée par et pour les femmes touchées par un cancer du sein entre 20 et 40 ans. Face à des enjeux spécifiques, elle agit pour informer, prévenir et soutenir. Ses actions vont de la sensibilisation précoce, avec les ateliers "Pouet Pouet" pour apprendre l'auto examen dans les lycées, à l’accompagnement des patientes via le programme "Les Tétonnantes", récompensé par le Prix Ruban Rose 2024. En créant du lien et en partageant l’expérience vécue, Jeune&Rose rompt l’isolement, redonne espoir aux jeunes femmes concernées et innove favoriser une détection précoce chez les jeunes femmes.

Het Katshuisch is een woonhuis voor de gehandicapte kat. In het Katshuisch wonen diverse katten met verschillende handicaps. Scoliose, ataxie, vergroeiingen of een handicap na een aanrijding. Uiteenlopende handicaps, uiteenlopende oorzaken. De inwoners van het Katshuisch komen via verschillende instanties bij ons terecht. The charity supports these children with education (including giving support to children with disabilities) and by other means such as the economic inclusion of women, and providing skill training and vocational opportunities for young people. I believe it’s very important that every child gets a fair chance at a better future.

Als Tree of Life willen we een einde maken aan armoede en dat begint bij de boer. Daarom trainen we boeren wereldwijd in duurzame bos- en landbouw. Deze nieuwe manier van landbouw kan een boer tot wel vier keer zoveel oogst geven. Maar bij die training stopt het niet! We willen van deze boer een trainer maken. We moedigen hen aan om de opgedane kennis in hun eigen dorp te delen en zij op hun beurt ook weer. Zo verspreidt de kennis zich als een olievlek en komt voedselzekerheid ineens dichterbij. Dit heeft impact op de gehele gemeenschap, want nu komt er ruimte om het hele leven naar Bijbels ideaal in te delen. Denk aan de onderwerpen geloof, gezin en financiën.
